Returns & Exchanges

We offer hassle-free exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Cash on Delivery orders are eligible only for store credit or exchange. Prepaid orders are eligible for returns and refunds.

Please Note:

We accept returns only for items in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, please submit a request at https://cranberryretail.com/returns along with a clear photo and product opening video illustrating the product’s defects. Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange for the pickup of your order within 4-5 working days.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier for reverse pickup, you'll need to cover the shipping costs to return the product.

Do not accept a delivery if the packaging is open or unsealed.

Prepaid orders that are exchanged are not eligible for a refund.

For returns and refunds on prepaid orders, a Rs.100 fee will be deducted from the invoice value to cover the courier return charges.

If a prepaid order is cancelled or refused after dispatch, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Items purchased during sales, offers, or with coupon codes (COD or prepaid) are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged.
